Managing Director

The main role of the Managing Director of NEK Electronics Company Ltd is to manage the overall operations of the company, adopt and implement strategic plans, maintain financial health, manage employees and protect the interests of shareholders. He acts as the executive head of the company and leads the achievement of the goals of the organization.
Main responsibilities of the Managing Director:
• Strategic Planning:
Setting the long-term goals of the company and preparing and implementing strategic plans to achieve them.
• Operations Management:
Smoothly managing the daily operations of the company and ensuring the effectiveness of the production, marketing, sales and marketing departments.
• Financial Management:
Maintaining the financial health of the company, preparing budgets, reviewing financial reports and taking steps to increase profitability.
• Personnel Management:
Recruiting, training, evaluating employees and improving their performance. Ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
• Communication with the Board and Partners:
Maintaining regular communication with the Board of Directors and seeking their opinions in the company’s decision-making. Ensuring accountability to shareholders.
